I was first introduced to the wonders of bone broth when I experimented with a round of Whole30 last winter. After sipping on a warm mug of this rich, flavor-packed broth, I was instantly smitten and soon learned all the ways to work it into my meal plans. The good news is that there’s no need to search specifically for recipes using bone broth. Regardless of flavor, bone broth (which is different than regular broth and stock) can be used in place of traditional broth or stock, and sometimes even water, to leave meals with a deeper, richer taste. Whether you have a little or a lot, here are 20 recipes to work bone broth into your dinner.
